Sanitation Employees (Langley)

Sanitation Employees are key team members that are responsible for the sanitizing and washing of equipment and machinery in our production facility.

This position requires a work schedule of late nights and early mornings.  All candidates must be available to work Monday through Saturday graveyard (overnight) shifts. Candidates must be able to consistently lift weights of up to 30kg and will be responsible to maintain a mobile equipment license.


  • Adhere to Safety, GMP, SSOP, WHMIS and HACCP principles
  • Washing and sanitizing equipment, containers and surfaces inside and outside the Plant
  • Disassembly and assembly of equipment
  • Adhere to any lockout procedures and report and broken, damaged or unsafe equipment
  • Handling and mixing Industrial Strength chemicals


  • Able to handle heavy lifting, pushing and pulling of up to 30kg
  • Experience with food safety and HACCP principles
  • Must be dependable and hold an above average attendance record
  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude (operation of equipment)
  • Good communication skills and able to work well in a team environment
  • Ability to work well under pressure and with little supervision
  • Responsible to acquire and maintain a hand truck/forklift certificate
